The space of free of circulation is one of first big achievements of the European Union. Over the years, the European Union eliminated the obstacles so that the citizens cannot only circulate freely, but also live in all the countries of the Union. However, there are still numerous barriers hindering this freedom of movement in spite of the directives and the programs.
The Erasmus program favors, since 1987, the exchanges between universities and allows thousands of students and of staffs to study and to be trained in European countries and especially to develop a feeling of understanding of the other European cultures and an European feeling. To encourage a mobility students, the European Union also favors a professional mobility. Since the beginning of the crisis, the youth unemployment reaches summits and they are more and more to settle down and to be worked in another country of the European Union. Is it possible to move in the European Union? Is the EU really a space without borders?
