Uncertainties in the European Union, with the unprecedented event of Brexit and more broadly with the rise of various forms of nationalism and the weakening of Franco-German couple. External uncertainties also in the face of the deterioration of the transatlantic relationship, Chinese ambitions and the troubled Kremlin game.
