Thomas Pellerin-Carlin, research fellow on the european energy policy at the Jacques Delors Institute will present the last Delors Institute report entitled “Making the energy transition a european success” during a seminar tackling the links between the european project and the green transition, organised by the Collège des Bernardins. Other speakers include Gaëtane Ricard Nihoul from the European Commission and Thierry Libaert from the European Economic and Social Committee
