EU nations yet to break stalemate over Russian oil ban

European Union leaders are meeting in Brussels to again try to ban imports of Russian oil to punish Moscow for its invasion of Ukraine.

All 27 EU members must agree to the ban but a group of countries, led by Hungary, are opposing the move.
