Alice Moscovici has been a researcher at the Jacques Delors Institute’s Energy Center on issues related to European industrial and energy policies since April 2025.
Her research focuses on the different dimensions of the Clean Industrial Deal. She has a particular interest in electrification, especially infrastructure and grid-related challenges, as well as industrial policy applied to clean technology and chemical sectors. Before joining the Jacques Delors Institute, she worked at the Directorate-General for Enterprise (DGE) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, within the industrial decarbonization team. In particular, she participated in the launch of the call for projects for major industrial decarbonization projects (AO GPID). She also worked for two years in London at AlphaSights.
Alice Moscovici holds a double bachelor’s degree in international management and political science from McGill University in Montreal (Canada), as well as a master’s degree in international economic policy from King’s College in London (United Kingdom). During her academic career, she took a course on methods for assessing the impact of public policy at Paris-Dauphine University, as well a a course on the geopolitics of Europe at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). Her working languages are French and English. She also has some knowledge of Spanish and is learning Chinese.
