Laurent Cohen-Tanugi

Laurent Cohen-Tanugi is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure and Harvard University, and a lawyer admitted to the Paris and New York Bars. He has authored numerous essays at the intersection of political philosophy and international relations, including “L’Europe en danger” (Fayard, 1992), “Guerre ou paix, Essai sur le monde de demain” (Grasset, 2007), and “Résistances, la démocratie à l’épreuve” (L’Observatoire, 2018).

He served as Chair of the Interministerial Mission “Europe in Globalization” (EU Presidency 2008).

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Jacques Delors Institute and the Jean Monnet Institute.
