Louise Damin

Project Officer for the Académie Notre Europe

Louise Damin has been the Project Officer for the Académie Notre Europe at the Institut Jacques Delors since May 2026. She is responsible for organising and managing the Académie, coordinating all its activities.

Before joining the Institut, Louise gained a range of experience related to the European Union : an internship at the Hauts-de-France Representation to the EU, co-founding a student association aimed at raising awareness among first-time voters about the issues at stake in the 2024 European elections, and a Schuman internship at the European Parliament’s Liaison Office in France, where she was in charge of youth programmes. She also completed her end-of-studies internship as a project and advocacy officer at Linkee, an association committed to combating student poverty. It was her desire to focus more on youth policies at European level that naturally led her to the Notre Europe Academy.

She holds a double Master’s degree in European Public Affairs and Law, obtained from Sciences Po Rennes and the University of Rennes 1. During her academic career, she undertook a one-year Erasmus exchange : six months in Prague at the Anglo-American University, and six months in Budapest on an internship with a newspaper.
