Micol Bertolini has been a research associate at the Jacques Delors Institute on trade policy since February 2025.
She is Policy Manager at the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) in Brussels, where she is responsible for the Trade and Customs Committees, the Trade Facilitation Committee, and coordinates the Transatlantic and EU-UK Working Groups.
Prior to that, she worked as a public affairs consultant for Hanover Communications and Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, focusing on trade policy, customs, due diligence, geopolitics, and sustainable development. She has also been a research assistant at the Jacques Delors Institute and the Asia Department of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) in Rome, focusing on EU-China relations and digital issues.
Micol Bertolini holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Turin, a master’s degree in international economic policy from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), and has completed the Executive Education Course at the College of Europe in Bruges on trade policy. She is fluent in French, English, and Italian, and has a working knowledge of German and Chinese.
