The Center for the Study of Democracy, partner of the project ENABLE.EU, to which the Jacques Delors Institute is a consortium member, organises a conference on the Governance of the Energy Transition. Thomas Pellerin-Carlin, Head of the Jacques Delors Energy Center and Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute, has been invited to contribute to a roundtable on the Local Perspectives of theEnergy Transition Governance in Europe. His intervention is entitled “Decarbonisation in France: Diverging Interests and Like-Minded Decision Makers”.
