Thomas Pellerin-Carlin, research fellow on European Energy Policy at the Jacques Delors Institute, will present the Jacques Delors Institute's policy recommendations for green taxation supporting a progressive climate agenda.
He will intervene in the second roundtable “Progressive policy measures for a climate agenda: Green taxation and sustainable energy” along with Carmen García Lores, institutional manager of N2E (Energy consultancy for municipalities) and Jordi Terrades, member of the Catalan Parliament.
