Sami Andoura, Senior Research Fellow at Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute, speaks at the Forum dealing this year with the issue of “Sustainable Growth, Competitiveness and Solidarity – Which energy strategy for the EU?” on 8 and 9 November 2012, at the Castle of Genshagen near Berlin. He will adress, together with Michael Koehler, Pierre Noël and Kirsten Westphal, the external dimension of EU energy policy and the role of gaz in particular.
