Thomas Pellerin-Carlin, research fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute, leads the workshop simulating the Energy Union negotiations, organised for the College of Europe’s two weeks training on the Energy Union.
Thomas Pellerin-Carlin, research fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute leads the workshop simulating the negotiations to reach an agreement on the content of the Energy Union. This simulation is organised for the College of Europe in the framework of its ‘Energy Union Summer School’, a two weeks professional training on the Energy Union. This training wants to offer to participants the necessary analytical tools to undertsand the funcitoning of the the energy market and European energy policies. Mixing pedagogical formats, trainees are invited to attend courses and participate to simulation games.
