A l’occasion de la dixième édition d’Euroquestions nous accueillerons Gaëtane Ricard-Nihoul, Cheffe d’unité adjointe “dialogue citoyens” à la Commission européenne et membre du Conseil d’administration de l’Institut Jacques Delors.
S’appuyant sur sa publication « Représentation et participation : réinventer la démocratie européenne », elle reviendra sur ses pistes de réflexion et d’action pour le développement d’une démocratie européenne participative et délibérative qui soient les plus opérationnelles possibles, notamment dans la perspective de la Conférence sur l’Avenir de l’Europe.
Sans livrer un mode d’emploi « clé en mains », son étude cherche à apprendre des expériences passées et à identifier les questions essentielles à se poser pour que la participation des citoyens ait un impact significatif sur les politiques.
