Marjorie Jouen, adviser at the Jacques Delors Institute, intervenes in the context of the International forum “Creative Mobilities” and the “Territoires Associés” cultural project. This event aims to find into the dicussions on the notion of ‘mobility’ to research, exchange and experiment in order to rethink mobility and to promote creativity, notably through the lens of territorial identities and cultural wealth. She moderates a round-table and participates in a “laboratory” called “Local governance and sustainable development”.
