La Pacte Vert européen, mode d’emploi
L’atteinte de nos objectifs climatiques et énergétiques nécessitera des changements radicaux dans la manière dont nous nous chauffons, déplaçons et produisons. Dans ce cadre, l’investissement jouera un rôle clé pour la mise en œuvre de nouveaux modèles économiques, de technologies et de comportements permettant de concrétiser ce Pacte Vert, tout en assurant la prospérité du continent européen. A la lumière du plan d’investissement pour la transition juste proposé par la Commission d’Ursula von der Leyen, ce séminaire se penchera notamment sur le rôle du financement dans la construction d’un futur énergétique propre, permettant d’atteindre l’objectif de neutralité climatique d’ici 2050. Ce sera l’objet de la table-ronde “La Pacte Vert européen, mode d’emploi” animée par Thomas Pellerin-Carlin, Directeur du Jacques Delors Energy Center (JDEC) de l’Institut Jacques Delors, et Kévin Puisieux, Responsable Economie et Finance à la Fondation Nicolas Hulot pour la Nature et l’Homme. Elle sera introduite par un point d’actualité européenne consécutive au Brexit par Sébastien Maillard, Directeur de l’Institut Jacques Delors. En guise de conclusion, Jean-Arnold Vinois, Conseiller à l’Institut Jacques Delors, mettra en perspective l’objectif du Pacte Vert européen à l’aune de la situation géopolitique actuelle.
