The renewal of the European hemicycle is approaching. It looks very different from the previous ones as it occurs in a heavy and uncertain context. Uncertainties in the European Union, with the unprecedented event of Brexit and more broadly with the rise of various forms of nationalism and the weakening of Franco-German couple.
