This citizen consultation, which invites Enrico Letta, President of the Jacques Delors Institute, to moderate a debate on the purpose of Europe, encourage participants to give their opinions on what a “concrete Europe” means, or would mean, to them. The aim is to identify reforms which would reconciliate the EU with its citizens. The consultation is chaired by Jacques Richier, Allianz France CEO.
