This citizen consultation is organized in three stages.
After a brief presentation by Pierre Verluise of the consultation method and the concept of power, Nicole Gnesotto gives the opening lecture on the theme: “Is the European Union condemned to impotence? “.
Discussions are then held in group workshops. The Centre Géopolitique provides some factual data and extracts from documents. Around the chosen topic, the participating citizens bring arguments to exchange respectfully. Each group produces a summary document in one page.
Finally, a plenary conference consisting of the restitution of the work of groups and exchanges with other citizens takes place.
Admission is free, upon registration via this link.
To go further on this subject, we invite you to read Nicole Gnesotto’s last Policy Brief: “The EU’s four strategic challenges” (10/07/2018)
