Since the adoption of the European Pillar of Social Rights, on the 17th of November 2017, the Commission has committed to keep track of its implementation by Member States. This conference is therefore inscribed in this process and aims at evaluating the state of implementation, in France, of the EPSR as well as initiatives launched by the EU recently, such as the proposal for a European Labour Authority and the proposal to ensure access to social protection for all workers and self-employed.

Sofia Fernandes intervenes along with Jordi Curell Gotor, Head of unit, in charge of labour mobility, at the Directorate-General for Employment, Industrial Relations and Social Affairs, Yvan Ricordeau, CFDT National Secretary, in charge of International and European affairs, and Delphine Rudelli, Director in charge of European and International relations at UIMM.
