Enrico Letta, President of the Jacques Delors Institute, introduces a study day organised jointly by the Institute for Higher Studies on Justice on the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This event takes place at the ministerial conference centre and is entitled "New Forms of Regulations in Globalisation: Actors, Locations and Norms".
