David Rinaldi, research fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute, represents the Jacques Delors Institute in a private seminar on the EU’s Capital Markets Union Action Plan organised by the London-based international think tank Policy Network and Association Française des Investisseurs pour la Croissance (AFIC).
The debate focus on on three areas of the Action Plan including tax incentives for business angel investment, how public support for venture capital can help boost returns, and what needs to be done to raise minimum insolvency standards.
