Thomas Pellerin-Carlin, research fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute, intervenes during a conference entitled “Energy transition in France: What to expect from the new government?” organised by Euractiv, durign which he will discuss the role of renewable energies in Europe. More generally, this conference aims at debatting the role France might play in the near future in the development of the European climate diplomacy, while a legislative package (“Clean Energy for All Europeans”) was adopted by the European Commission on the 30th of November, 2016.
This conference brings together Vice-President European Commission for Energy Union, Maroš Šefcovic, and the President of the French National Assembly, François de Rugy.
