Enrico Letta, President of the Jacques Delors Institute, is the guest speaker of the organisation “Démocratie, Construction Européenne et Religions” (DECERE), invited for the launch of their 2019-2020 cycle of conferences, in Strasbourg. Enrico Letta will pronounce a speech on Democracy and the Peace Building process, and how the latter has heavily influenced the post-war European integration process.
