L’invasion russe en Ukraine a rappelé à l’Union européenne sa forte dépendance énergétique. Concilier ambition géopolitique et ambition climatique est devenu un enjeu plus urgent que jamais. Comment l’Union européenne peut-elle assurer son approvisionnement énergétique en défendant ses valeurs et en respectant ses objectifs climatiques ? Comment réussir la transition énergétique et sortir des énergies fossiles le plus rapidement possible ?
