REACH : the national convention

Last Monday, the Centre Grande Europe brought together a panel of 12 citizens and 12 experts at Europa Expérience for a national consultation on three major issues:

🇪🇺 European integration & enlargement

🌱 Environment

⚖️ Rule of law

This marks the end of the consultation cycle for the hashtag

#REACH (Reinventing Engagement through Affirmative Citizen Consultations) project in France, which aims to strengthen the voice of citizens in the European decision-making process, both within the EU and in the Member States.

Next step: a transnational event in Belgrade, where each participating country will be able to present the conclusions of its consultation cycle and the recommendations of its national panel.

This project is organised with the support of the European Union and in collaboration with Centar za evropske politike – CEP, European Policy Centre, Kosovar Center of Security Studies, Vanjskopolitička inicijativa, Center for the Study of Democracy, Association for Civil Society Development SMART, ELIAMEP (Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy).
