Paris, 7 December 2006 – Defining the borders of Europe

Gaëtane Ricard-Nihoul (Notre Europe) will participate in a debate focusing on the EU neighbourhood policy and further enlargement of the EU. The debate will take place on 7 December 2006 in Paris and is organised by Centre for European Reform and with the support of Institut Montaigne. Gaëtane Ricard-Nihoul will speak alongside of Charles Grant (CER), Michel Barnier, Jean Quatremer et Gilles Savary.
