[FR] Europe, moving towards the Union to respond to citizens

To meet the internal and external challenges of a new era, the European Union must reform its institutions: review the veto rights of Member States, strengthen the Commission, take action on foreign and security policy, energy, the single market and the economy, social policy, health and immigration, while considering its enlargement. Only then will the Union preserve the values of freedom and democracy that underpin its integration.
