Wolff, director of Bruegel, Jérôme Vignon, former director of the Forward studies unit of the European Commission, Sir Julian Priestley, former secretary general of the European Parliament, chairman of the board of directors of EPPA and Yves Bertoncini, director of Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute.
