[FR] The words of the campaign: Europe(s)?

Concepts such as populism, nationalism, progressivism and sovereignism now form the basis of a veritable field of political confrontation. These terms, which all have a long history, are still under constant development, and there are many debates about them: historical debates about their origins and their semantic evolution; questions about their place in the construction of new political narratives; debates about their nature, between genuine ideological positions and political communication strategies.

With this in mind, ‘Les mots de la campagne’ offers a multi-faceted analysis of each of the terms used, with the aim of enabling readers to better grasp their complexity.

This week, we focus on the term ‘Europe’.
