Agnia Grigas

Dr. Agnia Grigas is a researcher and practitioner specialising in emerging markets, Russia and Eastern Europe. She spent more than a decade in business and academia serving as a political risk and business development consultant to corporations and governments.

She is the author of The Politics of Energy and Memory between the Baltic States and Russia (Ashgate Publishing, January?2013) and received her Ph.D. in international relations from the University of Oxford.
