Cyrille BRET, PhD graduated from the National School for Humanities and Social Sciences (Ecole Normale Supérieure) and the National School of Government. He assumed several positions in the public and private sector focusing on defense and security. Currently Associate Research Fellow in the Jacques Delors Institute, he is expert on Eastern Europe and Russia. He has published among other essays 10 Terrorists Attacks that changed the World (2020).
