Jean Pierre Darnis

Jean Pierre Darnis is Senior Research Fellow, Deputy Head of the Security and Defence department. Associate Professor and director of the Master Program “French-Italian relations” at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis . He coordinates the European security program, one of the main activities of the IAI security branch (Limes, Mages, Speed projects) focusing on security policies and technology, with a special attention for space and security. Based on academic experience (Phd in Human Science), research activities, aerospace business consulting and columnist writing, his background mixes policy and social analysis with the knowledge of institutions, industry and operational security scenarios.
