Lieven De Winter

Lieven De Winter is full-time professor at the Université Catholique de Louvain and part-time senior lecturer at the Katholieke Universiteit Brussel. He studied at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and obtained his Ph.D. from the European University Institute, Florence,Italy. His main research, publication and teaching fields comprise political parties, parliaments, government formation and cabinets, electoral behavior and political culture. His work builds upon both the Belgian and the comparative European perspective and he has published widely in all these areas.
