Thibaud Voïta is an energy and climate politcies expert. He has over 20 years of experience, promoting decarbonization policies among all types of actors in different regions of the world. He has managed partnerships accelerating clean energy transitions and involving multinationals in 50 countries, advised African governments on carbon market policies, and supported energy efficiency improvements in Chinese companies.
He holds a Ph.D on China’s energy policies, defended in 2011. Thibaud has lived in China and several European countries. He has worked with ClimateWorks, the International Energy Agency, and the UN.
Thibaud has published many articles and papers on energy transitions and is also a research fellow at IFRI.
