Corresponding member of the Académie des Sciences morales et politiques. Professor at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Krakow, Chair in Diplomatic and Consular Relations. Also teaches international relations and diplomacy at Sciences Po, Paris School of International Affairs, Warsaw University, Warsaw School of Economics and College of Europe. Author of several books and manuals.
Holder of several decorations, among others: Commandeur de la Légion d’honneur, Grand officier de l’Ordre national du Mérite, Officier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
