The EU is going through a phase we shall be concerned about: Brexit, the rise of regional separatisms (Catalonia, Italy, Corsica, etc.) and populist and anti-European movements, the migration crisis, and the tensions with Poland after the triggering of article 7 by the European Commission. Without even mentionning the German governmental uncertainties.

More than ever, rebuilding Europe is necessary. But how? And with whom?
