Bertrand de Cordoue

Bertrand de Cordoue has been a special advisor to the Jacques Delors Institute on defense and armament issues since October 2024.

After a career in the public sector, he joined EADS/Airbus in 2009 as Director of Major Accounts France, then became Director of Public Affairs Defense France and Director of Defense & Space in Brussels, working on relations with the EU and NATO.

He began his career at the Directorate General of Armament (DGA) and held positions at the Center for Analysis and Forecasting of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Office of the Minister of Defense, the Permanent Representation of France to the EU, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the European Defense Agency.

Bertrand de Cordoue is a graduate of the École Polytechnique (X78) and the École Nationale Supérieure des Techniques Avancées (ENSTA). He is fluent in French, English, and German.
