Jacques Delors Conference 2024 : European elections: issues and prospects

After exploring opportunities for mobility at the European level and the ecological transition in previous editions, this year’s conference was dedicated to Jacques Delors, who passed away in December 2023 and whose vision continues to guide our actions. With the European elections scheduled for 6-9 June 2024 just a few weeks away, the elections were the central theme of this major European event. The event was structured around three main themes:

• Debates with European personalities aimed at creating a dialogue on the future of Europe. Our speakers will discuss with young people their expectations of the European project and the actions being taken by European institutions to meet these challenges.
• Educational stands and workshops will be run by European associations and organisations to highlight Jacques Delors’ European action and its impact on the daily lives of citizens.
• A tribute to Jacques Delors, through an introductory documentary on the career of this great European and a discussion with current political leaders.
