The EU after the elections: what strategy for globalisation?
This Tribune is based on recent speeches made by Pascal Lamy at the Gulbenkian Foundation and at Macif. Pascal Lamy addresses the last EU elections and the EU in the globalisation before calling for a new meaning to Europe.
