In the framework of the Transatlantic Forum, we are publishing an address on “The significance of the 2008 American presidential election” by Bertrand de Largentaye, former researcher at Notre Europe and current Counsellor to the Permanent Delegation of the European Commission to the OECD and the UNESCO. He proposes a commented presentation of the staff and key issues of the programme of the President Obama.
