Alice Moscovici

Fellow Researcher, European industrial and energy policy

Alice Moscovici is a Fellow Researcher in European industrial and energy policy at the Jacques Delors Institute’s Energy Centre.

Prior to joining the Institute, she worked at the Directorate General for Enterprises within France’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, where she was part of the industrial decarbonization team. In this role, she contributed to the launch of a government funding scheme for large-scale industrial decarbonization projects and supported the strategic use of public procurement to drive industrial transition.

She also spent two years working in a consulting firm in London.

Alice holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and Political Science from McGill University in Montreal.

She is fluent in both French and English.
