Andrew Duff has been spokesman for the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) on Constitutional Affairs since 1999. He was a member of the Convention on the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Convention on
the Future of Europe. He represented the Parliament in the Intergovernmental Conference on the Treaty of Lisbon. He is currently Parliaments rapporteur on electoral reform.
Duff is President of the Union of European Federalists (UEF) and co-chairs the Federalist Group in the European Parliament.
Among his publications is ‘Saving the European Union: the Logic of the Lisbon Treaty’ (2009).
