Nicole Gnesotto

Professor emeritus at the CNAM, Vice-President of the Institut Jacques Delors. Former deputy head of the French Foreign Ministry’s Centre of Analysis and Provision (1987-1990), she also headed the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EU-ISS) until 2007. In 2008, she was appointed Professor of the European Union at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM). She was also the first female president of the IHEDN and a member of the Commission on the Defense White Paper in 2013.
