Pierre Leturcq, 25, is Policy Officer at Europe – Jacques Delors. Since January 2019, he has been assisting Pascal Lamy and Geneviève Pons in a research project on trade and the environment (How to green EU trade policy?).
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and a Master’s degree in History of Law and Political Ideas from Jean Moulin Lyon III University. From January to June 2018, he taught Legal History at the Law School of Jean Moulin Lyon III University and worked at the same time as a legal and administrative assistant to migrants and people in precarious situation in a social center near Geneva.
He then started a complementary Master in European Affairs (IEE – ULB) in Brussels and specialized in the environmental policies of the European Union.
He now works as a Policy Officer with Genevieve Pons at Europe – Jacques Delors in Brussels.
