Alain Dauvergne is a graduate of the Paris Journalism Training Center and began his career as a journalist at Agence France Presse and then at Combat. He was deputy editor-in-chief at RTL for many years, where he covered political and European news. He then became deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine Le Point, specializing in European issues.
He also teaches European affairs at several schools and universities and regularly contributes to discussions on European information and institutions.
