Guillaume Arditti

Guillaume Arditti is a Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute, where his work focuses on strengthening Europe’s capacity to deploy financing and mobilise private capital in critical sectors and strategic emerging markets, particularly in Africa.

A graduate of Sciences Po and Paris Dauphine University, he began his career in development finance at Proparco (part of the French Development Agency Group) in South Africa. He subsequently moved into investment banking, holding leadership positions at BNP Paribas and Natixis, where he led major infrastructure and commodities financing transactions across Africa and the Middle East.

Guillaume later founded Belvedere Advisory, a Paris-based firm advising corporates and investment platforms on debt and capital solutions, as well as investment strategies, in emerging markets. Since 2025, he has also served as a Senior Advisor at Forvis Mazars.

He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
