Lluís Navarro was a research fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute from 1999 to 2002. After completing degrees in Economics and Management at the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, he obtained a Masters’ in European Studies at the College of Europe,Bruges, in June 1999. Economic and financial affairs of the EU are among the subjects heactively monitors at the Jacques Delors Institute.
