Lucas Rasche

Lucas Rasche is a research fellow at the Jacques Delors Institut – Berlin, covering Migration, Foreign and Security Policy. His research focuses on the external dimension of EU migration policy, development cooperation and conflict studies. Previously, he worked as a research assistant at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in Vienna, where he co-founded the grassroots think tank Ponto. Lucas studied European Studies in Maastricht and Hong Kong and received an MA in Conflict, Security & Development from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London.
