Graduate student in Economics and Public Policy in the School of Public Affairs of Sciences Po, Fleurilys Virel joined the Delors Institute as a research assistant in February 2018. She works with Eulalia Rubio on economic affairs and the EU budget.
Previously, she worked on European trade issues as an intern of the Department of Treasury and Economic Affairs in the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union.
