Marie Agnès Borchers-Gasnier has been a research assistant at Europe – Jacques Delors in Brussels from September 2019 to July 2020. She has a Master’s degree in International Relations (MSc) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). During her Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science at Münster University in Germany, she spent six months at the University of Richmond in the United States. Her primary focus is on the European Union’s environmental policies and in particular on the protection of the oceans, thereby contributing to the work of Pascal Lamy, Geneviève Pons and Pierre Leturcq.
